033 – Addictive Soda, Immune Boosters, Exercise in Your Free Time

In this week’s episode, we look at three news headlines in the nutrition, health, and wellness arena from the past week.  First up we examine why soft drinks are so damn addictive and what you can do to start to wean yourself off soda. Next, with winter and flu season just around the corner, what are some food and supplements that you can use to boost your immune system?  Finally, a new research study discusses the link between free time (and what people do with their free time) and exercise - so you can establish a regular exercise habit in your (limited) free time.
