We all want to be our best selves, exuding positive energy and generally crushing it each day. But sometimes we might need a break - whether that be physically, emotionally, intellectually, etc. But how do we generally keep our batteries “mostly charged” so we don’t experience radical swings in energy, mood, and performance as a result of an oscillation between fully charged batteries and depleted batteries? The intent would be to never reach “full burnout” across all fronts, but rather judiciously recharge areas of your mind and body as you move through life. Achieving this balance can BOTH give you needed downtime to be alone and take a step back to focus on the bigger picture AS WELL AS actually recharging your batteries to help ensure you are at or near 100% in the pursuit of your goals on a regular basis. In this show, we discuss strategies to do just that!
